Store Policy

Fresh Flowers Products

We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Therefor, we are not providing any return on purchased flowers, unless defective item claims.

All claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the defect must be submitted to contact@tanitflorist.com or call 949.736.1510.

Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required.

All Other Products

We are happy to provide 30 days return for all our solid products as long as they are brought back in their original packaging and in original conditions. 

All defective claims must be made within 24 hours from receiving the item.


Cancellation request must be submitted 72 h in advance for fresh flowers products and 24 h for all the other items. We do not offer refund, only store credit.

Delivery fees

Local Delivery:

We offer local delivery for a range of 15 miles around our shop location. Simply enter your shipping address and our system will let you know if it's covered. 

Local delivery fee:

Order value between 0-99$10$ delivery fee. 

Order value over 100$Free delivery.
